Rates

2008 Rates and Policies: Effective January 1, 2008

Lesson Rates
$40 per group lesson paid the day of the lesson
$140 for 4 PRE-PAID CONSECUTIVE (at least once a week) group lessons 
$50 for ½ hour private
$70 for hour private
$25 Practice Rides
* Please write the date of your lessons on the memo line.  Thank you.
* If you are paying with cash, then please place cash in an envelope and write your name and the date on it.  Thank you.

Cancellations
YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR LESSON BY 5 PM (not 5:01) the day before your scheduled time. (Email cancellations must be received 48 hours prior.)  LATE Cancellations and NO SHOWS will be charged the full lesson amount. If you miss 3 consecutive lessons, your riding slot may be given away.

I have students wanting to ride. I would like the opportunity to have your normally scheduled time available for these students to make up their lessons.

I also have a waiting list for students wanting to ride here on a regular basis. 

If you do not keep riding consistently, your riding slot will be given away and you must call on a week-by-week basis to see if there is availability.

If you are sick or not feeling well and are hoping to ride, then please call and cancel.  If you feel better then call and come. 

I also like to keep the horses’ work load balanced. Thank you for your understanding.

WEATHER POLICY
If there is any question then call.  919-732-5106. 
I may cancel for rain (but not always), extreme cold (depends on the ground conditions and the wind), snow and ice.

Horse Shows
Off –site coaching: $50 per day
Horse Leasing at an off-site show: $40 per day

Other Prices
Trailering To be determined by the distance travelled
Foxhunting: $120 -$150 per day (includes horse lease, trailering and capping fee)
Practice Rides: $20 per ride - must be scheduled with Ginny.

Camps
Week-long summer camps from 8:30 to 2:00 - $350 per week; discounts for pre-registration and families
Extended day option additional fee: To be announced
Little Legs Camps, Adult Camps, and Clinic Camps to be determined depending on hours and number of days. Please contact us for information.

Returned check fee: $30
